  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including:

  • Videos: Product showcases, educational tutorials, customer testimonials, and lifestyle content.

  • Photos: Professional imagery for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

  • Written Content: Blog posts, articles, and social media captions that align with your brands voice.

  • Ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for its intended platform and audience.

Team Building & Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated content team (e.g., videographers, photographers, writers, and social media managers).

  • Provide creative direction and ensure all team members are aligned with your brand identity and strategic goals.

  • Act as the head of the content department, taking full responsibility for content quality, consistency, and results.
